There is a well equipped Amenity Building at Esprit, available for all owners, residents and their visitors to use.
The Amenity Building includes:
- A fully furnished and kitchen-equipped Clubhouse
- A private, self-contained Guest Suite
- A modestly equipped Fitness Room
- A Media Room
- Mailroom and more …
All of these amenties are available to all owners and residents. Some amenties, however, have fees and conditions attached.

Clubhouse
Clubhouse features:
- Fully furnished Fireplace Lounge
- Covered Outdoor Patio
- Kitchen with Eating Bar (seating for four)
- Dining Table and Chairs (seating for four)
- Pool Table
- Men’s and Women’s Washrooms
The Clubhouse Kitchen includes:
- Ample counter space
- Sink and dish rack
- Bar fridge
- Cooktop and Oven
We try to make sure the kitchen is stocked with soap, dish rags & towels, cleaning supplies and paper towels. As well, extra toilet paper is kept in the kitchen cabinets. If you find the Clubhouse is short or missing any of these items, please let us know.

Guest Suite
The Guest Suite features:
- Private Entrance
- Queen-sized Bed
- Nightstands, Dresser and Closet
- 3 Piece Bathroom
NOTE: Pillows and a comforter are included. Those booking the Guest Suite are responsible for supplying bed sheets, pillow cases and bathroom linens for their guests.
