Rental rate: $30 per day rental for the Clubhouse or the Guest Suite. There is also a $100 damage deposit for the period rented which will be refunded after a post use inspection by a Strata Council representative.”

If you’re moving into or out of Esprit, you are required to inform Strata Council of your move at least two weeks in advance of your moving date.
