Moving Notification – Esprit At Southlands

If you’re moving into or out of Esprit, you are required to inform Strata Council of your move at least two weeks in advance of your moving date.

That way, we can:

Hang the elevator pad
Issue the elevator key
Update the Enterphone
Update our parking records

Whether you will be using the elevator for your move or not, all residents – current or prospective – must inform Strata Council of any move.

Moves in or out of Esprit cannot begin before 7:00 am. All moves must be concluded by 11:00 pm. (These times restrictions apply seven days a week.)

If you are moving into Esprit and would like your information added to the Enterphone, please indicate in the box above: Provide your last name for the Enterphone directory. Note – you can have one land line or up to 2 cell phone numbers in the directory; each number must have a different name and phone number. The Enterphone system creates a unique three digit number to allow access to the main front door. This access number will not be your unit number, for security reason.
